The Directors are very excited to announce the appointment of Catriona Kilgallon as a director. Catriona has been with the firm since 2020 and has almost 20 years experience in Family Law. She gained the qualification of Accredited Family Law Specialist (NSW) in 2019 after also obtaining her Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) in 2016. She qualified as an Independent Childrens Lawyer in 2022. She has and continues to be an asset of the firm not only due to her superior legal work but as the most well read member of the team and the only one you need for a quiz night!

Carr & Co are pleased to announce that Ms Stacey Wellings, Director, has been appointed as a Magistrate in the Family Court of Western Australia.

Stacey has been an employee of Carr & Co for the last 15 years commencing her career as an outside clerk and thereafter being appointed as a Director in 2017.

The Directors and staff congratulate Stacey on her appointment and wish her the very best for what is, no doubt, to be a long judicial career.
