Welcome to Rezzi Strata, The Fairway

There’s something particularly rewarding about an existing client saying, “We’d like you to manage this one too.”

That’s exactly how The Fairway in Burswood has joined the Rezzi Strata portfolio — and we’re very happy to have them.

Set within a fantastic pocket of the Burswood Peninsula, The Fairway is surrounded by tree-lined streets, parklands and the Swan River, with easy access to riverside paths, Matagarup Bridge, Optus Stadium, Crown and the wider Burswood precinct.

The scheme also overlooks the site of the new Perth Park development, so residents will have a pretty unique vantage point as the next evolution of the peninsula takes shape.

For us, though, the best part of this appointment is how it came about. When a client already trusts Rezzi with one property and chooses us again, we know we’re doing something right.

WA strata, by the numbers.

Landgate has released its 2025 Annual Strata Returns, providing an interesting snapshot of the scale of professional strata management across WA.

- More than 154,000 lots professionally managed.

- Almost $1 billion in scheme funds held.

- More than $73 billion in reported insured property value.

- And just 648 people reported working across the profession.

Strata management has changed enormously in recent years — and these numbers put into perspective the level of responsibility that sits behind the role.

As the industry continues to grow and professionalise, good governance, qualified people, strong systems and transparency are only becoming more important.

Welcome to Team Rezzi Strata , Faith 💚

We’re so excited to officially introduce Faith Rutherford, Strata Manager, to the Rezzi team!

Faith brings over a decade of experience across property, strata and facilities management in the UK and Australia, working across residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.

Her experience spans everything from maintenance and major works to compliance, budgeting, inspections and contractor management — giving her a practical, well-rounded approach to looking after buildings and the communities within them.

And she has settled into Team Rezzi like she’s been here forever.

Faith has already taken on her own portfolio and absolutely hit the ground running. She’s organised, proactive, tech-savvy, great with people and, most importantly for us, genuinely cares about getting things done properly and looking after her clients.

Clear communication. Strong relationships. Things actually getting done. Pretty much sums up Faith perfectly — and fits beautifully with what we’re building at Rezzi Strata.

We knew finding the right person for our growing team was about so much more than experience. Culture matters enormously to us, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found someone who fits our team so naturally.

To once again be recognised among WA’s leading strata agencies is something our whole team is immensely proud of, and a wonderful reflection of the care, hard work and commitment our team brings to our clients and communities every day.

Welcome to Rezzi Strata, Axiom on Hay.

Having managed Axiom previously, Nikki
Mackenzie already knew this community well — but this time, they came looking for her.

Over the past few months, we’ve had the opportunity to reconnect, provide support and advice, and help the Council work through what they needed from their strata management moving forward. Now, they’ve officially made the move to Rezzi Strata.

That trust means a lot to us.

We already love working alongside this Council and we’re genuinely excited about what we can achieve together. Great strata management is built on relationships, trust and knowing you have the right people beside you when it matters.

Meet Freddy👋

Behind every healthy strata company is someone making sure the numbers add up.

Meet Freddy, our Strata Accounts Administrator and the financial backbone of Rezzi Strata.

From levy processing and trust accounting to reconciliations, budgeting support and transparent financial reporting, Freddy is the person making sure every dollar is where it should be. Accuracy isn’t just important to him—it’s non-negotiable.

Freddy holds a Bachelor of Accounting and is currently furthering his expertise by studying towards his Master of Business Administration (MBA). His commitment to continuous learning reflects the standard we strive for across our entire team.

Owners deserve confidence in their strata finances. Councils deserve clear reporting they can rely on. And strata managers deserve an accounts team that has their back.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Freddy bringing his knowledge, precision and calm approach to Rezzi every single day.
