Today, we are thrilled to come together to mark a very special milestone: 10 years of outstanding service from our amazing Head Strata Manager, Brenda French.
We want to take this moment to sincerely thank Brenda for every bit of hard work, care, and commitment she has poured into our team and our extensive portfolio over the past decade. Her dedication goes far beyond what is expected. She brings consistency, expertise, and heart to every task, building trust with owners, colleagues, and clients alike.
Brenda’s journey with us is truly remarkable. She first joined our team in our Broome office, where she spent seven wonderful years building her reputation as a reliable, knowledgeable, and supportive professional. When the opportunity arose to take on a larger role, she made the extraordinary decision to upend her whole life, relocate her family, and move across the state to join our Perth office. That move took courage and sacrifice, and it speaks volumes about her loyalty and belief in what we do. Now, here we are, celebrating her 10th year with us, and she continues to lead with the same passion and integrity as the day she started.
Brenda, thank you for your patience, your problem-solving skills, and for always going the extra mile to make things run smoothly. You are not just a valued leader. You are the heart of our strata operations, and we are so lucky to have you.
