↗️ Perth House Prices Continue to Rise! ↗️

New August figures from PropTrack’s August Home Index show that Perth’s property market is defying the odds with house prices up 0.07 per cent. Perth was one of two capitals not to record falls last month.

PropTrack economist Paul Ryan said, “Perth is really kind of outperforming at the moment” and predicted the capital’s property market to be more resilient than others over the next year.

The Perth property market has again been noted to have done very well overall compared to the other capitals around the country. REIWA President Damian Collins says “Western Australia’s strong economy, growing population and housing shortage point to the current growth cycle continuing.”

Here are the top five suburbs to record price increases in August:

🔸 Cooloongup up 2.6% to $370,000
🔸 Hillarys up 2.5% to $1,005 million
