2023 marks one year since we moved into our first office.
After running a virtual practice for 6 years, moving into an office brought its fair share of changes and challenges. Having both a remote and co-located team has meant adopting new practices and modes of staying connected and productive.
After a year of being hybrid, Jo Alilovic has asked herself - is hybrid the best business model?
The answer? For us, it’s not without its challenges, but it can certainly be rewarding.
In today's blog, Jo shares the top three challenges she has faced as a business owner in adopting a hybrid working model.
With her challenges, she shares solutions for those who may be struggling with:
- decision-making paralysis: choosing between working from home or from the office;
- the guilt, as a business owner, of not being in your office space more; and
- maintaining effective connection and management of your team.
What about you? Are you loving hybrid - or just suffering it for the benefit of the team?
