Today is one of those moments that reminds me why we invest so much time in mentoring the next generation of lawyers.

I’m proud to share that this morning I admitted our very own Lauren Bowen as a lawyer. Watching her journey with me from a paralegal, to law graduate to admitted practitioner has been incredibly rewarding. Her commitment, work ethic, and willingness to learn has stood out from day one, and she has grown into a thoughtful and capable professional.

Admission is more than a milestone. It’s the beginning of a career built on responsibility, integrity, and service. I have no doubt that Lauren will bring those values into practice and make a meaningful contribution to the profession.
