WA - Fi****ms Safe Key Storage
A lovely little addition to the act which you may have missed.
281.Key and access card storage requirements
(1)This regulation applies if a storer stores a fi***rm or related thing in a fi***rm repository or compliant accessory compartment in a repository that is locked with a key or access card.
(2)The storer must ensure that —
(a)the key or access card is stored in a locked cabinet or container so that it is not visible; and
(b)the key or access card is not stored in a place from which the fi***rm repository can be accessed.
