We are seeking a proactive and organised Legal Assistant to join our close-knit team.

You’ll support our lawyers by assisting with file management, drafting correspondence, preparing court documents, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

What we’re looking for:

🌿Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

🌿Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

🌿Previous experience in a legal support role (preferred but not essential)

🌿A professional, positive, and team-focused approach

🌟ADMIN ASSISTANT | We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has the ability and initiative to work autonomously and independently.
You are expected to uphold confidentiality on all matters, be organised and demonstrate initiative. Training, support, and assistance will be provided.

👋🏻 JSY Legal was established in March 2023 and whilst we have been very quiet on social media, we have been hard at work behind the scenes setting up our practice. 💪🏻

We are based in the Perth CBD area and specialise in Criminal, Family and Restraining Order matters. We often travel to various Metro courts and have also taken on matters in regional area across the State of Western Australia.

We practice specifically in these areas because we often find that these matters end up having cross overs and when you're at your most vulnerable, it can be traumatising to have to keep retelling your story again and again.
