Two homes. Same suburb. Two weeks. One less thing for our client to worry about. 🏡✨

This lovely client came to us through a referral from someone we’d looked after previously, which always means a lot to us.

First, we helped get the family’s new home in Sorrento move-in ready. Then today, we returned to take care of the vacate clean at their previous home.

Because both properties were booked together, we were able to organise everything under a bundled arrangement, allocate the right teams and simply take care of the cleaning side of the move from start to finish.

Today’s vacate clean covered the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, blinds, detailing throughout, vents, rangehood and all those final presentation touches needed before handover.

Sometimes you don’t need a major overhaul - you just need an extra set of hands to get the house properly refreshed. 🏡✨

This client got in touch with us with plenty of notice needing help around her 4×2 family home in Byford. Between a busy household, kids and everyday life, she simply wanted someone to come in and take care of the deeper cleaning and the little details that can easily pile up.

There’s something pretty special about looking after someone who came to us through a recommendation. 🏡✨

This client reached out to us only a few days ago after being recommended by a friend whose home we’d previously had the pleasure of taking care of.

This time, the job was getting her and her family’s new home in Sorrento properly cleaned and refreshed before they move in - a large 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home needing everything from the kitchen, oven and bathrooms through to floors, detailing, vents, rangehood and all those little areas you want taken care of before making a new house your home.

Recommendations always mean a lot to us. There’s already that little bit of trust there from the beginning, and it made it so much easier to talk Tara through what we could take care of, how we’d approach the home and get everything organised at relatively short notice.

Sometimes it’s simply about making it work for the client. 🏡✨

This client reached out to us only a few days ago needing his 4×2 home in Bibra Lake thoroughly cleaned and ready for an upcoming routine inspection.

Short notice? No problem. We found the space in our schedule and got it organised.

Today our team took care of the bathrooms, kitchen, rangehood, windows inside and out, sills and tracks, floors, skirting boards, doors, screens, vents, general detailing and all those little areas that can easily get picked up during an inspection.

He wasn’t able to be there for the walkthrough either, so rather than make things difficult, we simply jumped on a video call with him and walked through the property together. 📱✔️

That’s something we really try to do at Vacate Ready Co. - work around our clients wherever we reasonably can.

Another vacate clean done and dusted in Victoria Park! 🏡✨

This client first got in touch with us around three weeks ago knowing exactly what he needed done and, more importantly, what his property manager would be looking for at the final inspection.

No fuss, no back and forth - he simply wanted the job organised properly and done well.

Today our team headed out to Victoria Park and took care of the complete 3×2 vacate clean, including both bathrooms, kitchen and oven, windows inside and out, three rooms of carpet steam cleaning, blinds, wall spot cleaning, floors and all the final detailing throughout the home.

Everything had been organised in advance, the scope was clear, and we were able to simply turn up and get to work.

Sometimes the job changes at the last minute - and that’s okay. 🏡✨

Our client originally booked us to take care of the carpets and tiled areas at his Osborne Park property today.

Then last night, less than 24 hours before we were due to arrive, he gave us a call and asked whether there was any chance we could take care of the full vacate clean instead.

No worries. 😊

We rearranged the morning, set aside the extra time, arrived earlier than originally planned, and got stuck into the whole property - full vacate clean, bathroom, kitchen, detailing, carpets, floors and tiles.

And despite the late change, there was no late-notice fee and no after-hours surcharge added.

Sometimes moving house throws a last-minute curveball at you. If we have the capacity to make it work and take one more thing off our client’s plate, we will.

Booked for carpets and tiles → upgraded the night before → full vacate clean completed the next morning. ✔️

Just like that. Done and dusted.

Urgent post-renovation clean? Sorted. 🏡✨

This client reached out to us needing some help after having her bathroom completely renovated. As anyone who’s had work done at home knows, the renovation might be finished - but the fine building dust somehow finds its way everywhere. 😅

She was hoping to have the home properly cleaned as soon as possible.

Within two days of her first contacting us, our team was at her Swan View home getting it done. ✔️

We completed a full post-renovation clean throughout the 2×1, including the bathroom and kitchen, oven and fridge, windows inside and accessible outside, blinds, floors, dusting and detailing, wall spot cleaning, vents and air-conditioning filter, plus steam cleaning of the lounge-room rug.

The goal was simple: get on top of the renovation dust, give the whole home a proper reset and leave her with a home she could enjoy again rather than another job to deal with.

Our client needed her Perth apartment completely taken care of while she was overseas, so she left the cleaning side of the handover with us.

Our team headed into the C*D today and completed the full 3×2 vacate clean - bathrooms, kitchen, oven, fridge, microwave, windows, vents, rangehood, blinds, floors, wall spot cleaning and all the final detailing throughout.
