Today’s Balcatta property was a little different.

The tenant had already put in the work and cleaned the property themselves, but wanted that extra set of professional eyes before their final inspection - so they brought us at Vacate Ready Co. in for the final swoop.

We worked through the property, picked up the areas that needed some extra attention, detailed the kitchen and bathrooms, windows and tracks, vents, rangehood, air-conditioning filter, cobwebs and all those little things that can easily get picked up at a final inspection.
