A big move, made simple 👏

Margreet & Goran were relocating from Sydney to the Gold Coast after plenty of back-and-forth commuting.

They had a very specific brief… including a workshop space for Margreet - an engineer and artist - to create her own “Lady Cave” and pottery studio.

We secured a home on their preferred street, backing onto parkland, complete with a pool, a large garage ready for the transformation, and space at the rear for her studio.

Safe to say, they’re thrilled... and already looking forward to walks with Tippy around the neighbourhood 🐾

Body Corporate fees vary across complexes — they depend on the facilities offered AND the age of the building. Brand new units often have lower fees because there’s minimal sinking fund needed (everything’s new — no fencing, garage doors, driveways or roof repairs yet).
