Behind the scenes with the amazing Rachel from Little Oak Studio who took new head shots for us and we were very excited about these ones. 😊

Rachel has been photographing me and my family for about six years now and I honestly don't think I could go elsewhere. She has a way of making you feel so natural, and some of the images she showed us look so good.

We grabbed a coffee and cake with her afterwards too, which is always a nice way to finish.

Last month we were invited to drinks and nibbles with Realtime Conveyancer, and it was really fun.

We got to catch up with other conveyancers and have a chat about how everyone's going with the new AML and CTF rules. Since the Land Titles Office closed and everything moved to electronic settlements, we don't get to see our peers much anymore, so it was such a nice relaxed evening.

Lovely to spend it with Sandy from Realtime Conveyancer , Denise from denisemckayconsulting and Nick from 1836 Conveyancing , among plenty of others.

Denise is a former conveyancer who now trains and mentors the rest of us, so always good to pick her brain too.

Funny that it takes a night out to remember there's a whole bunch of us out here doing the same thing.

One piece of advice most buyers never think to ask for.
