A Remarkable Visa Outcome

Our client lodged a Remaining Relative visa application in March 2026 and has now been granted permanent residency through the Subclass 835 visa—in less than four months.

Visa Fee Increases: Our Assistance Remains Affordable

The cost of applying for an Australian visa changed on 1 July 2026, with significant increases across several visa categories.

Examples of New Visa Application Charges
The following examples show some of the changes:
• Bridging Visa B: from AUD $190.00 to AUD $575.00
• Partner Visa: from AUD $9,365.00 to AUD $11,710.00
• Student Visa: from AUD $2,000.00 to AUD $2,500.00
• Skilled Graduate Visa: from AUD $4,600.00 to AUD $5,750.00

Pacific Engagement Visa (PEV) Ballot Registration 2026

The Pacific Engagement Visa (PEV) ballot for Pacific Island and Timor-Leste nationals opens on 1 July 2026 and closes on 29 July 2026.

Participating Countries
The following countries are participating in the PEV ballot:
• Federated States of Micronesia
• Fiji
• Kiribati
• Palau
• Papua New Guinea
• Republic of Marshall Islands
• Samoa
• Solomon Islands
• Timor-Leste
• Tonga
• Tuvalu.

Free Registration Assistance

Aus Visa Solutions is providing free assistance to eligible participants who wish to register for the ballot. The only charge is the AUD $25.00 application fee payable to the Department of Home Affairs for each application.
