🚨 NSW property professionals: the stakes just got higher.

NSW Fair Trading has introduced major reforms, with fines of up to $110,000 now applying for serious breaches of the Property and Stock Agents Act.

Key changes now in effect include:
⚠️ Up to $11,000 for failing to complete mandatory CPD.
⚠️ Up to $55,000 for individuals and $110,000 for corporations for serious offences.
⚠️ Stronger enforcement powers, including mandatory training and activity restrictions.
⚠️ More reforms, including tougher underquoting laws, are expected later this year.

The message is clear: compliance has never been more important.

TRACit helps agencies stay ahead with automated CPD tracking, reminders, alerts and audit-ready compliance records—so you can focus on your business, not the risk of costly penalties.

Property and stock agent law reforms commenced in NSW on 29 June 2026, bringing significantly higher penalties and stronger enforcement powers.

🏆 We won!

We’re incredibly proud to share that TRACit has won the 2026 Proptech Award for Startup — Data Solutions.

This is a huge moment for us.

TRACit was built to solve a real and growing challenge in real estate: turning fragmented compliance records, CPD activity, licensing data, and documents into one clear, structured, auditable source of truth.

Winning Data Solutions means a lot because that’s exactly where TRACit started — helping agencies, groups, and agents make better decisions from better compliance data.

A huge thank you to Proptech Association Australia, the judges, our clients, partners, supporters, and everyone who has believed in what we’re building.
