The Fair Work Commission has approved the Model A Enterprise Agreements, a significant milestone achieved through the dedication, collaboration and expertise of everyone involved.

The agreements will commence operation on 9 July 2026, delivering a positive outcome for our clients and their school communities.

🔔🔔🔔 We’re delighted to welcome Peter Smith as Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Employment Relations Limited, effective 7 April 2026.

With more than 30 years’ experience in workplace relations and law, Peter brings deep expertise and a practical, people-focused approach. He joins us from Qantas Airways, where he led Industrial Relations – Operations.

Peter will join our Board on 26 May 2026 and, as Authorised Principal, will oversee legal services and compliance. Nick Tindley will continue as Managing Principal, leading day-to-day operations.
