Skills & Experience Required:

A minimum of 3 years' current Queensland conveyancing experience
The ability to complete conveyancing files from contract to settlement
Run multiple files in a productive manner
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
The ability to work as a productive and contributing team member
Exceptional attention to detail
Professional presentation and communication skills
The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Personable, flexible and professional presentation
LEAP experience preferred, but not essential
We operate a paperless office and use cloud based technologies and fully integrated systems.

A competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant that is commensurate with your skills and experience.
