Meet Georgia 👋🏼

Georgia is a Conveyancing Assistant with a strong focus on providing clients with clear, supportive and efficient service throughout their property journey. Georgia has been in the client facing service industry for over a decade and genuinely enjoys providing an enjoyable experience for all.

Georgia assists with preliminary communications, satisfying conditions, stamp duty, and finalizations of files – ensuring the client feels looked after and guided throughout the process, beginning to end. Breaking down the day-to-day intricacies between buyers/sellers, agents and solicitors into more digestible terms helps to make conveyancing a much simpler experience.

Growing up in Noosa has given Georgia a deep appreciation and understanding of her community, she believes that this is essential and integral to connecting with our clients. Whether it’s attending to details behind the scenes or guiding clients through confusing documents, Georgia prides herself on creating a positive and reassuring experience.

Outside of work hours, Georgia loves the sun and ocean however, is a passionate skier. She spent half her childhood in the snow and has since completed seven back-to-back ski seasons, in Falls Creek, Perisher, Hotham and Canada. Whether it be back country, park skiing or touring Georgia is happiest when on the snow.

Cassandra is a highly skilled lawyer who has immersed herself in the legal industry from a young age. However it is the uniting of this list of credentials, combined with a comprehensive knowledge of the law and Cass’ pleasant lively energy and judicious professionalism that sets her apart from most lawyers.

Her down to earth and approachable personality allows her to connect with a wide range of audiences, while her genuine and caring nature ensures that your legal matter is in trustworthy hands with your best interests at her highest priority. Possessing years of experience in both real estate and the property law and conveyancing fields, the relationships, negotiations, deal making and continually changing environment appeal to her strategic mind. She strives and successfully delivers solutions-focused advice in a strategic, holistic and timely manner, allowing her clients to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Originally from country Victoria, Cass is now considered a Noosa local with strong connections throughout the community and with its people, proving herself to be a valuable member of society involving herself often in a variety of charitable causes and voluntary work. Passionate about all sport and in particular AFL, Cassandra is also heavily involved within Noosa’s sporting community being not only a multi-premiership player and past Captain of the Noosa Tigers Women’s AFL, Basketball and Netball Teams, but she is also a proud sponsor of both the Noosa Tiger’s Women’s Netball and Football teams. Loving the beach and all things outdoors, most weekends you will find Cass, her partner Ryan and her two daughters out on the water enjoying the Noosa sun and lifestyle.
