With the Queensland Government announcing it will undertake significant strata law reform this year, Hynes Legal is re-thinking the best approach to keeping its clients and the market updated on the latest in legislative change. Since there is significant uncertainty about what the new laws will entail, we have decided to place our regular webinar series on hold. Endless speculation about what may or may not be contained in the changes doesn’t serve much useful purpose. As the facts become known, we will keep you updated with targeted video and email analysis. We practice exclusively in legal areas relating to community living. The future is density. Our practice focuses on management rights and body corporate law. Every law firm says they are different, but we actually are. Our specialisation allows us enormous depth in each of the areas in which we practice which means clients can get very clear and concise advice on any issue facing them. We are boutique enough to be able to offer a range of fee options, with fixed fees being one of our specialities. Knowing what we do about our industries means we usually don’t need to spend hours researching meaning we are both guessing at the end cost. Our people operate in an open plan and collegiate working environment that promotes internal engagement which means our clients get what they need from us. Our competition is external to us – not internal like many law firms.
