As a seller, there are things you're legally required to disclose to the buyer:
Known defects
Boundary disputes
Unapproved building work
Flood or contamination history
If you know about it, you need to disclose it.
Failing to do so can lead to the buyer rescinding the contract or pursuing compensation after settlement. We make sure our sellers understand exactly what needs to be disclosed and how to handle it properly.
