COVID-19 UPDATE
We have been carefully monitoring developments with the COVID-19 pandemic and health warnings issued by the NSW and Australian Government mandating social distancing practices.
We hold genuine concern that conducting FDR face-to-face mediations represents an unacceptable risk of exposure and infection with COVID-19 for our many clients, colleagues, loved ones, families and the community at large.
FOCUS ON SAFETY
We take the risks associated with COVID-19 and our responsibility to you and your family's health seriously and will continue to develop and update our policy and procedures in response.
We have made the necessary changes to protect and support our team working remotely and will temporarily provide FDR mediations by telephone for your safety.
PEACE OF MIND
We are commmitted to helping and will draw from our 20 years of practice experience to provide high quality specialist parenting and/or property FDR mediation services that are easy, fast, low cost and effective throughout this challenging time.
We stand appart and will help create practical and workable parenting and/or property settlement agreements that accord with the best interests of the child principles and/or just and equitable division of property test applied by the Court formalised into a Parenting Plan and/or Consent Order that is tailor made to give peace of mind.
