Last week, our Place New Farm team spent the afternoon focusing on movement, wellness and recovery at TotalFusion, for Place’s first wellness event.⁠

The afternoon kicked off with a mix of Pilates, Abs, Buns & Guns and Run Club, giving everyone the chance to get moving, challenge themselves and quickly find out which muscles had been neglected.⁠

We then slowed things down with recovery on the rooftop, taking time to reset, recharge and enjoy the afternoon together.⁠
