Qld Real Estate Rules for Anzac Day
This is the strictest state in Australia for real estate on Anzac Day.

Legislation: Section 34, Trading (Allowable Hours) Act 1990 (Qld)

The law states: "A person must not conduct the business of selling real estate on Anzac Day." Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.

This means:

❌ No open homes
❌ No auctions
❌ No attending the office for sales work
❌ No responding to emails or telephone calls regarding real estate sales — even remotely from home
