The law is changing!
Soon separated de facto couples in Western Australia will be able to split their superannuation in property settlements.
This is great news for couples where the main asset in the relationship is super.
We will keep you posted on the exact date as soon as it is published. It is hoped it will be early next year.

COMMUNITY is important to us and this year Johanna is involved by coaching the Year 12 Mock Trial team at Eastern Hills Senior High School.
Johanna has devoted her spare time to help coach the teens along ready for their big day at the Supreme Court.
The coaching has been well rewarded with a win the team had against Churchlands Senior High School on Monday evening.
