The Core Skills Income Threshold (CSIT) for ENS (Subclass 186) and SID (Subclass 482) Core Skills Stream nomination applications is as follows:

AUD79,423 for Nomination applications lodged on and between 1 July 2026 and 30 June 2027.
AUD76,515 for Nomination applications lodged on and between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026.
AUD73,150 for Nomination applications lodged on and between 7 December 2024 and 30 June 2025.

The Specialist Skills Income Threshold (SSIT) for SID Specialist Skills Stream nomination applications is as follows:

AUD146,576 for Nomination applications lodged on and between 1 July 2026 and 30 June 2027.
AUD141,210 for Nomination applications lodged on and between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026.
AUD135,000 for Nomination applications lodged on and between 7 December 2024 and 30 June 2025.

🎉 Work and Holiday Visa (Subclass 462) – It’s Like a Lottery for Vietnamese Applicants! 🇻🇳✈️

For Vietnamese nationals, applying for the Work and Holiday Visa Subclass 462 is truly a luck-based process. You can’t apply directly—you must first be selected through the annual ballot system.

Here’s how it works:

🔹 1. Registration Phase:
Submit your registration before 15 July each calendar year. Once submitted, your registration remains valid until 30 April the following year.

🔹 2. Ballot Selection:
Throughout the year, the Department runs multiple ballot rounds. Registrations are then randomly selected, and only the lucky ones will receive an invitation to apply.

If you are selected, you’ll have around 28 days to lodge your Subclass 462 visa application.

This year, we submitted just two registrations — and one was successfully selected in the November ballot!

Functional English: IELTS 4.5 | PTE 24 overall

Vocational English: IELTS min. 5 each band | PTE L:33, R:36, W:29, S:24

Competent English: IELTS min. 6 each band | PTE L:47, R:48, W:51, S:54

Proficient English: IELTS min. 7 each band | PTE L:58, R:59, W:69, S:76

Superior English: IELTS min. 8 each band | PTE L:69, R:70, W:85, S:88
