FAQ: What is an End of Financial Year statement? Do I have to pay for this?
Answer: An End of Financial Year statement is a document that registers all income and expenditure for your property for the past financial year.

At Palm Property Management, this is generated early in July and sent directly to you via email. Unlike other agencies, we do not charge for this service.
