Our Principal and Founder, Dr Apurva Kirti Sharma , was honoured to attend the launch of Volume 1: Tales of Global Belonging at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).

She was incredibly grateful to be named a for the Award. For Dr Sharma, being a bridge builder means creating meaningful connections across communities, cultures, and countries.

New guidance on the use of AI in Australian legal practice.

The Law Society of NSW, the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia and the Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner have released a joint statement reaffirming that professional obligations continue to apply when using AI tools in legal practice.

Key considerations include:
▪️ Maintaining client confidentiality
▪️ Providing independent advice
▪️ Being honest and delivering legal services competently and diligently
▪️ Charging costs that are fair, reasonable and proportionate
▪️ Implementing clear, risk-based policies
▪️ Limiting the use of AI tools
▪️ Being transparent about the use of AI

AI can assist legal practice, but it is not a substitute for legal expertise, professional responsibility, or ethical decision-making.
