Meet the team series: Tim Owen

With experience across commercial, intellectual property, contract and insurance litigation, Tim is a key part of the Oldham Construction Lawyers team.

He graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws, then completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Before becoming a lawyer, Tim worked as a paralegal, gaining hands-on experience drafting and reviewing court documents. He was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2021.

Since joining our team in 2023, Tim has been dedicated to providing strategic and practical legal support to our clients.
