Mark Ritchie (LLB (Hons), LLM (Workplace Relations)
Mark is the Managing Director and Principal at Launch Legal. In addition to defining the strategic direction of the firm, he is highly experienced at managing a range of employee and industrial relations matters.
Mark has advised Australian businesses for over 10 years, and has worked with a stable of major national and international brands.
Mark has multi-disciplinary capabilities and is actively involved with client projects from the initial strategy stage through to final implementation. He is a practicing solicitor, having attained a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Master of Laws (Workplace Relations).
Prior to founding Launch Legal, Mark worked as the Principal Workplace Relations Consultant at Victoria’s largest employer association as well as in-house at leading national and international law companies. He is passionate about extracting the infinite possibilities out of leaders and staff as well as resolving those people matters that restrict peak performance. Mark also currently runs a successful workplace relations consultancy, Workplace Wizards, which partners with Launch Legal on many workplace matters.
