The latest Cotality data shows the market is slowing, not crashing.

- 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Up 2.1% in April, adding $21K+ to the median value. Annual growth: +26%.
- 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: Vacancy at 1.6%, rents up 5.7% over the year.

One of our clients purchased his first investment property in Victoria with us for $𝟒𝟐𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎.
