Another fantastic event with Business North West.

Having started our operation from Moonee Ponds, we retain deep ties with the North West Property and Business community. It was fantastic to be amongst all our fellow members and guests at the Business North West Property Breakfast last Friday at Essendon BMW. .

Most people don't realise marina berths can be just as complex as property sales. Freehold titles, owners corporation searches, full disclosure requirements.

Phil needed to sell his berth at Martha Cove and Martin made sure nothing was cut short. Full searches. Every document prepared properly.

The result?

The buyer's rep had zero objections, contracts were signed straight away, and it settled right on schedule.

No dramas. Just done. Boxes well and truly ticked!

Tick Box Conveyancing put a bit of a twist on our celebrations this year!

Rather than jamming into a packed end-of-year Christmas calendar, we celebrated a wonderful year with clients and referrers on Thursday night.

Our team are forever grateful for our wonderful clients and referral partners and we enjoyed celebrating with so many of them on Thursday.

2025 has been a strong year for Tick Box Conveyancing, marked by steady growth and some considered decisions about how and where we best support our clients.

Over the past year, we’ve reviewed how the practice operates across the Mornington Peninsula. While we’ve been grateful for our presence in Dromana throughout much of 2025, we’ve made a deliberate decision to expand our Mornington office and position it as our central base for the Peninsula.

This move allows our team to work more collaboratively, streamline the way matters are managed, and continue delivering the same consistent, high-quality service our clients and referrers expect.

As we head toward the new year, our focus remains on building sustainably, supporting the local communities we work in, and ensuring our clients continue to receive clear advice and dependable service at every stage of their property journey.

While many conveyancing practices close or scale right back over the Christmas period, property transactions don’t always pause.

At Tick Box Conveyancing, we deliberately remain available through the traditional December–January close-down period. With the end of the calendar year approaching, timing can matter for settlements that need to be finalised before 31 December.

That’s why we operate with a skeleton team during the festive season. This allows us to respond to urgent matters and support clients and referrers when availability elsewhere may be limited.

We’re grateful for the continued trust shown by real estate agents, brokers, accountants and other professionals who refer work to us at this time of year, knowing there’s someone available if it’s needed.
