Eligibility Criteria
To qualify under EB-2 NIW, the applicant must meet one of the following:
Advanced Degree

OR
Bachelorβs Degree + 5 years of progressive professional experience
PhD holders:
No post-qualification experience is required
In addition, the applicant must demonstrate:
The proposed work has substantial merit and national importance
The applicant is well-positioned to advance the proposed endeavour
The U.S. would benefit from waiving the labor certification requirement
