Clarendons is delighted to welcome Eric Ho to the firm. Eric is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with substantial Australian and overseas experience gained from roles in private practice and in house. He has advised a variety of clients including local and multinational companies (both listed and unlisted) as well as high net wealth individuals and family groups. Eric’s depth of experience and responsiveness is valued by clients. Eric also speaks fluent Cantonese Chinese.

We look forward to getting together with Eric once we’re back in the office.

After advising the Arnhold Investments Consortium on their investment in Curatif, we decided to continue our due diligence and catch up for a Cocktail Party and some Olympic themed trivia. Although we couldn’t meet in person due to the lockdown in Victoria, the Clarendons team took the opportunity to dress for the occasion. Thanks to Matt and the team at Curatif for the tipple – it was so good we forgot it was a weeknight!

Clarendons was thrilled to participate in the City2Surf virtual event this year. Clarendons supported Ironman with the acquisition of the event from Fairfax Media in May 2019.

Our team participated virtually by running 14km within their 5km Melbourne bubbles – not quite the same as the real run down to Bondi but a lot of fun nevertheless! We’re looking forward to being there in person next year.
