A workplace injury isn't always something you can see.

Psychological injury is a real, recognised injury, and in Victoria a work related mental injury may be claimable through the WorkCover scheme. Generally, the injury needs to be predominantly caused by your work and diagnosed by a doctor.

If work has affected your mental health and you're unsure where you stand, speaking with a lawyer at RCT Stringer Clark can help you understand what may apply to your situation.

Why does it matter to you?

Because negligence isn't simply about something going wrong. It's about whether reasonable care was taken, and that difference is often at the heart of whether a claim may exist.

Getting legal advice shouldn't feel out of reach.

Our No Win, No Fee OR Expenses approach means you can seek legal advice for injury, compensation and abuse matters without paying legal fees or expenses unless your claim is successful.

If you're unsure about your rights or what options may be available, speaking with a lawyer at Ryan Carlisle Thomas or Stringer Clark is a good place to start.
