👨👧👦 We’ve had the chance to work closely with dads over the years through our family law practice, and although it’s sad when a family unit is breaking down, it is heartening to see them embrace their roles with confidence and dedication.
👨 Fathers are stepping up, not just as providers, but as caregivers, actively involved in their children's lives or at least fighting really hard to be.
🌟 It's a joy to witness dads finding fulfillment in their parenting journey. By advocating for equal parental rights, we empower both parents to be active participants in co-parenting and prioritise their children's well-being above all else.
👨👦👦 This in turn helps mums who have felt the weight of being primary carers for so long. We try hard to help families post separation by actively advocating for healthy co-parenting.
Let's continue to support and celebrate the modern commitment to parenting we’ve all been striving for. It doesn’t have to be at separation. In fact, if we are supportive of dads and their willingness to show up, learn, commit and love, then we can foster stronger family bonds and create a more equitable society where both parents are equally recognised as vital and valued. 🌟
The Fathering Project is changing children’s lives by supporting their dads and father figures to be the best parents they can be through Dads Groups, School Programs and Community Hubs.
