We’re excited to announce the promotion of James Kerr to Head of Product Platforms & Partnerships at uTenant.

Since joining in 2021 as Head of Technology, James has made an exceptional impact across our business. His strategic mindset, technical leadership, and ability to build strong industry relationships have played a critical role in advancing our platform and accelerating our growth.

In his new role, James will lead the vision and ex*****on of uTenant’s product and technology roadmap while building and scaling our channel partner ecosystem. He will oversee platform innovation, strategic integrations, and partner programs that drive adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion - further positioning uTenant as a leader in PropTech.

James brings over a decade of senior leadership experience across product, technology, and partnerships. His entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, and customer-first approach make him uniquely equipped to bridge technical excellence with business development.

This promotion reflects not only his achievements to date, but also our confidence in his leadership as we enter our next phase of growth.

We’re excited to share another great result with our friends at JLL — the successful sub-lease of Warehouse 3B at Ingleburn Logistic Park.

The space has been snapped up by a multinational operator needing quality industrial space to keep up with their growing operations.

We’re delighted to welcome Oliver Benoit to uTenant as our new Head of Growth.

Oliver is a highly accomplished supply chain leader with 20+ years of global experience spanning Australia and the UK. He has led growth and business development across top organisations such as DB Schenker, Bolloré Logistics, Maersk and Toll, consistently delivering revenue growth, operational efficiency and innovative logistics solutions.

At uTenant Oliver will drive our growth strategy, focusing on scaling our platform, strengthening supplier and customer partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities in the warehousing and logistics ecosystem.
