We are very proud of our colleague Ashlee Cannon on her appointment as a Judge of the County Court of Victoria. Ashlee is a founding member of our Chambers (and Coldrey Chambers before that). She has been a vital part of our Chambers and we will miss her dearly. We know that she will be an outstanding Judge. We wish her all the best in her new role.

We’re very proud of our colleague Zubin Menon on his appointment to the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria. Zubin has been a vital part of our Chambers, appearing on both sides of the bar table over many years. He’s always made time to check in on people, provide good advice and sometimes add a little banter. He’s done tough trials, committals and pleas, and has also led the Bar’s Equality and Diversity Committee, ensuring that the Bar is a more welcoming and inclusive place. We’ll miss him very much but know he’ll be an outstanding magistrate.
