This has been the biggest shift in Australian commercial law in a decade.

We’ve gone from “that term might be void” to “that term might cost you” 💸

And the scope is much wider than most people realise.

If you’re using:

• lightly negotiated contracts

And it’s not just chat logs. Only this week, the Federal Court called out Australian lawyers for relying on AI without properly checking the output, a pretty clear reminder that the responsibility doesn’t sit with the tech, it sits with you.

So before you prompt, ask yourself:

And yes… we’re that friend who won’t stop talking about it.

Becoming a B Corp wasn’t an add-on.
It was a line-in-the-sand decision about the kind of firm we want to be.

In practice, that means:

🔹 100 pro bono hours per team member
🔹 Values-aligned work
🔹 100% woman owned
🔹 5% of our time donated
