Our Principal Lawyer Ping Gangur attended CCF Victoria’s workplace culture workshop this morning, focused on practical ways civil construction businesses can strengthen culture, retention and long-term workforce growth.

It was a valuable session and a great opportunity to support CCF Vic, hear from industry leaders and connect with others working to build stronger teams across the sector.

At Level Playing Field Lawyers, we see the value of strong communication, clear expectations and early action in building more resilient construction businesses.

Thank you to Civil Contractors Federation Victoria for hosting.

The real issue is not whether to raise departures. It is knowing which ones matter, and how to raise them commercially.
