PARTNER VISA GRANTED AFTER WINNING AT THE ART!

📌 Our client approached us after their self-lodged onshore Partner Visa application was refused.

✅After carefully reviewing the case, we advised that appealing to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) was the best pathway. We successfully won the ART appeal, and today we are delighted to announce that our client has finally been granted Permanent Residency!

💬 Many people think visa applications are simple, but migration law is highly technical. The right advice and strategy can make a significant difference to the outcome. Seeking advice from a Registered Migration Agent can help you avoid costly mistakes.

🎉 STUDENT VISA APPROVED 🎉

📌 We are excited to share another challenging success story! Our client received a Natural Justice letter from immigration after adverse information was identified during the student visa assessment process.

📌 To make matters more complex, the applicant's Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) was cancelled while the visa application was being processed, and the applicant was also planning to commence a new course. Cases involving cancelled CoEs and changes in study plans during visa processing are always subject to close scrutiny by immigration.

✅ Today, we are delighted to announce that the Student Visa has been approved!

✅ This outcome highlights the importance of timely action, strong supporting documentation, and a well-prepared response when dealing with complex immigration matters.

📞 If you have received a Natural Justice letter or are facing challenges with your visa application, contact us today.

A fantastic outcome after a long and challenging journey.

This case came to us after the client's onshore Partner Visa application had already been refused. We pursued a review at the ART and carefully prepared the matter for hearing.

After nearly three years of waiting, we attended a face-to-face hearing in Sydney. Following almost two hours of detailed discussions and evidence presentation, the ART set aside the refusal and delivered a positive outcome.

Every case is unique, but this is a reminder that refusal does not always mean the end of the process. With proper preparation, strong evidence, and persistence, a positive outcome may still be possible.
