After two previous Visitor visa refusals, two grandparents will soon meet their granddaughter.
When I reviewed their earlier refusal decisions, I identified aspects of their circumstances and supporting information that, in my view, warranted closer consideration.
As their representative, I prepared a detailed submission addressing the refusal reasons, the relevant visa criteria and their individual circumstances, and lodged fresh Visitor (subclass 600) visa applications.
On their third application, each grandparent has now been granted a visa.
This is wonderful news for my clients, and I am delighted to share in their happiness. Knowing they will soon meet their granddaughter makes this outcome particularly meaningful to me.
