๐Ÿ‘‰ This is one of the main reasons we achieve higher rents than everyone else... we know how to advertise... This is not a boast just have a look at all the other room rental ads around ours...

Investing in co-living real estate can be tricky if you don't have systems in place to get the results you want. Advertising is a part of that system...

Rental income is the lifeblood of a good investment. So knowing how to optimise it is important.

You can almost always pick our ads over others in any local area in the suburbs.

Facebook gives us priority because we know how to play the game... after spending nearly $200K on room rental advertising alone... over the yeas... we have learned to master the algorithm.

You would think looking at the ads line up ... the best ads would be placed at the top... but it doesn't work that way on Facebook.. the best spot is slap bang in the middle of the page... getting the best view.

Our CTR's are crazy high and we get a huge traction.

Plus we work hard on things like headlines... copy and the offer... The offer accounts for so much weight very few people understand.

Your offer consists of the overall package they will get when renting out your room... instead of the competition.

I get asked a lot... how much rent will I get?

Well, the simple answer is... if you follow the process you should get 20-30% higher than the average in any area.

For instance, the average rent in this area advertised is $180 - $200 ish... pw. Yet we are going to crush it starting with singles at 260pw... And couples rooms ensuites at 390pw...+ and they will fill because even though there is competition at lower rates... we sell value not price.

But at the end of the day... it all starts with good quality advertising and a wide net.... then providing a good quality offer people cant resist.

Every $10 increase is $500 per year... Pay an extra $500 pa on your mortgage and it will save you 10X that... Now multiply that across multiple rooms and you can shave years off your mortgage by simply increasing the demand through effective ads.

Eight years ago, we found ourselves in what could only be described as a dark, bewildering labyrinth of life's distractions, and chasing shiny objects was the order of the day.
