LEGAL BOOKKEEPER

• Recording of office and trust transactions
• Invoicing
• Accounts receivable and debtor control
• Trust Account, including end of month reconciliations and
reporting
• Debtor review and collections
• Management reporting
• Superannuation lodgements
• Wages
• Comprehensive bookkeeping and report in accordance with
the Queensland Law Society and Trust Account Regulations

Prior legal bookkeeping an advantage but not necessary as on the job training will be provided.

Knowledge of Smokeball and XERO an advantage.

Contractor/Employee options available dependent on successful candidate.

For the right candidate with legal secretarial experience additional hours available.
