New Name, Same Big Vision … One of Hervey Bay's most significant waterfront developments has taken its next step, with Expressions of Interest now open for what is now being marketed as 408 Esplanade.
Previously promoted under the Sheraton banner, the project has adopted a new identity centred on its iconic beachfront address while continuing to showcase the same ambitious vision for the Torquay foreshore.
The development is planned to deliver around 200 premium apartments alongside a luxury hotel, restaurants, retail, landscaped public spaces and resort-style amenities. Current plans include a 16-storey residential tower and a 12-storey hotel tower connected by an extensive recreation level featuring pools, wellness facilities and entertainment areas.
Apartment designs are expected to range from spacious two-bedroom residences through to larger three-bedroom homes, with many incorporating flexible multipurpose spaces.
For prospective buyers, the opening of Expressions of Interest doesn't mean apartments are on sale just yet. Instead, it allows interested purchasers to register for priority updates and future release information as the project progresses.
