An exquisite array of marble and travertine was combined to achieve the extravagantly luxurious feel of this Vaucluse home.
The ivory coloured Navona Travertine wall cladding stylishly emphasises the dramatic red Rosso Lepanto floating marble treads, creating a strikingly spectacular staircase.
Giallo Venus’ soft brownish tones exude a warm, cosy feel, the perfect atmosphere for an en-suite bathroom. Boasting both marble walls and marble flooring, Giallo creates a seamless sea of elegance. In this project, we combined two exquisite natural stones, Calacatta max and Nero Marquina (Black marble), to create a beautiful butterfly effect for the marble fireplace. This contrast in colours works exceptionally well, and the juxtaposition creates a very modern, sleek, and stylish effect.

Calacatta marble has a distinctive look, the subtle background colour accentuating the bold grey veining. The white versus stark black contrast with Nero Marquina marble is used to create a very contemporary marble kitchen island, complete with marble draw fronts.

In this particular project, we opted to use the two types of marble to create an almost solid piece of stone, taking kitchen aesthetics to a whole new level. The end outcome was pleasing to both the Euro Marble team and the client. The choice of lighting fixtures completes the design and enhances the contrast perfectly.

For the Watson’s Bay Residence, we used 3 different types of marble, Carrara C, Statuario Venato, and Calacatta Belga. With its elegant appearance, Calacatta marble was the perfect marble to adorn the long, sleek kitchen island, creating a striking contrast against the dark wood cabinetry. Statuario Venato’s bright white background and fluid, refined grey veining beautifully complement the lily-white finishing of the kitchenette.

The luxurious en-suite bathroom benefitted from one of the most refined and precious natural stones, Carrara C. Its solid white and grey background serves as the perfect backdrop to showcase the intricate, sporadic grey veining of this elegant marble, creating a seamless illuminated design. Both the walls and the floor are entirely clad in Carrara Marble, as well as the vanity countertop.

This project was a particularly unique one where we were presented with the opportunity to apply a specialized technique to create translucent stone. In the heart of Sydney’s CBD, housing barristers and legal professionals stood this building in need of a creative yet illuminated street foyer. A thin layer of Golden Spider Marble was laminated onto glass sheets, producing an enigmatically bright marble background.

Pioneered by us, translucent stone is created by milling marble, granite or limestone to only a few millimeters and then laminating to a rigid clear backing. Transmitting light through stone creates an incredibly striking focal point but could previously only be achieved with a few natural stones, like Onyx. With this new technique, we’ve expanded your palette of translucent stones, enabling you to create an endless array of incredible visual effects when displaying a seamless wall of impressively illumined natural stone.
