Do I need a lawyer at mediation?

No. You can attend mediation with a lawyer, or without one. Both are common, and both can work.
Our team work regularly with people who choose not to be legally represented, guiding the conversation so both parties can be heard and understood.

If you do have a lawyer, they're welcome to attend and support you through the process.
The right choice depends on your circumstances, and we're happy to talk it through with you.
