Today is World Mental Health Day 💚

A little reminder that it's okay to not have it all together all the time. Life can get overwhelming, and looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health.

Take a moment to check in with yourself, reach out to someone you trust, or simply give yourself permission to rest. And if someone you know is struggling, a simple "How are you really doing?" can make all the difference.

Be kind to yourself and to others. You never know what someone might be carrying.

Supporting children and families through the Family Law process 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🩵

Having access to clear and practical information can make a real difference for children and families navigating separation or family law proceedings.

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia has developed Kids’ Corner and the Children’s Charter, along with a range of resources to help children and adults better understand the family law process and the support available to them.
