PMC Property Buyers We act exclusively for Buyers Their was a clear lack of independant, professional representation for Buyers in the complex world of Real Estate.

Founded by Will Hosking and James Freudigmann, PMC began in April 2014 after years of witnessing Buyers being taken advantage of during the process of purchasing property. Will and James grew tired of seeing Home Buyers being taken advantage of by highly trained selling agents or Investors being talked into buying units of the plan, house and land packages or other fruitless investments resulting in little financial reward. Buying a property is one of the largest investments we will make in life and for too long Buyers have lacked qualified assistance. Buyers deserve an experienced professional on their side to represent their best interests and to help mitigate the risks of making a costly mistake. Our clients were living in Coogee and ready to make the move to the Northern Beaches. With a newborn in tow and three months overseas visiting family ahead of them, they were keen to find their new home before they came back, so time was of the essence.

As the area was new to them, we helped them narrow down the family friendly suburbs and think about where they could see their future, from school catchments and transport to the local shops.

We secured this home in Collaroy Plateau off market and completely uncontested, so they have a home waiting for them when they return.

Our clients had been renting in Balgowlah and were ready to purchase their first family home. With their second baby newly arrived, setting down roots on a family-friendly street, close to their established network of family and friends, was incredibly important.

They had a real penchant for Californian Bungalows and wanted a home with character, good fundamentals and the potential to renovate and make their own.

This home on Jackson Street, Balgowlah fit the brief. We first inspected the property off-market, but securing it required patience and strategy. With construction costs high and the market shifting, the purchase price was critical. We needed to ensure our clients didn't overpay or risk overcapitalising when they eventually renovated.

Rather than chase the property, we let it go to market, stayed close to the campaign and waited for the right time to act. When the opportunity presented itself, we secured the property at a price we believed represented fair market value.
