Founded by Will Hosking and James Freudigmann, PMC began in April 2014 after years of witnessing Buyers being taken advantage of during the process of purchasing property. Will and James grew tired of seeing Home Buyers being taken advantage of by highly trained selling agents or Investors being talked into buying units of the plan, house and land packages or other fruitless investments resulting

in little financial reward. Buying a property is one of the largest investments we will make in life and for too long Buyers have lacked qualified assistance. PURCHASE OF THE MONTH | North Curl Curl 🏠

Our clients came to PMC looking for a four-bedroom family home in North Curl Curl, North Manly or North Balgowlah, with a practical floorplan, good natural light, indoor-outdoor flow, entertaining spaces and a double garage. The challenge was finding a home that ticked all the boxes without compromising on the fundamentals.

We had actually seen this property months earlier, but felt the pricing expectations were too high at the time. Rather than rushing, we stayed patient and waited for the opportunity to become more realistic.

Three to four weeks into the campaign, the timing was right. We were able to negotiate strategically and secured the property for a price that we felt reflected market value.

After a long wait for the right home, our clients were thrilled to finally have the search behind them and their new family home ahead of them.
