✨Shivon Smilovitis✨
Shivon joined Coastal Family Law today as Senior Associate bringing over 20 years of experience in family law, with a focus on complex financial and parenting matters. She is a highly skilled practitioner who prides herself on her professionalism and practical approach to resolving matters. She aims to resolve matters early where possible, while also being a strong and effective litigator when court proceedings are necessary. Shivon is highly regarded for her strong reputation in the Peel region and beyond, built on years of trusted advice and consistently achieving excellent outcomes for her clients.
✨Carin Oestlund✨
Carin joined the team as a Lawyer in March 2026. Carin is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted in Australia, with legal training in both Sweden and Australia, including a Juris Doctor from UNSW. She has experience in litigation and more recently, was a Magistrate’s Associate at the Family Court of Western Australia. Carin prides herself on taking a client-focused and compassionate approach to Family Law matters.
✨Callum Jarvis✨
Cal joined the team as a Paralegal in February 2026 and is a proud Mandurah local. Cal has a background in banking and finance and experience living and studying in the UK, where he developed an interest in law. He is currently completing his law degree at Murdoch University. Cal provides invaluable assistance to our lawyers with managing file work and liaising with clients, and continues to advance his skills as he heads towards his admission as a Lawyer in 2027.
