Important Alert: Phishing Scam Targeting Harvey Legal
We’ve been made aware of a phishing scam impersonating Harvey Legal.
Fraudulent emails, claiming to be from our firm and appearing to come from “AdobeSign” or "Sendgb" are being sent to individuals. These emails may ask you to open a document or click a link to “sign” something.
These emails are NOT from Harvey Legal.
Here’s what to do:
Delete the email immediately if you receive one. Do not open any attachments or click any links.
If you’ve already clicked a link or opened a file, change your passwords immediately and contact your IT professional to secure your system.
Verify any requests for funds. Harvey Legal will never ask you to transfer money via email. Always call us directly at 07 4829 4363 to confirm any payment requests.

Welcome to the team, Solicitor - Laura Santin!

Laura studied her Bachelor of Laws through Central Queensland University and graduated in 2023. Laura undertook her PLT alongside her final semester of University, where she received an award for the highest grade total in her studies of Criminal Law in Practice.

Laura was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in August 2023.

Laura previously worked at Beckey, Knight & Elliott from 2021 to their closing in July 2024 during her studies as a clerk and as a solicitor following her Admission. Laura then joined the team at Harvey Legal.

Laura's area of practice are centered around criminal law. She enjoys assisting people with their legal problems and fighting for justice.
