10 years at Place Sunnybank.

Before Place Sunnybank even opened its doors, I had already been lucky enough to work alongside Ping and Owen for over a year. The three of us went from a small home office in Sunnybank to watching our current office grow from four bare walls into what it is today — it’s been a journey I’ll always be proud of.

These years have been filled with growth, challenges, late nights, big wins, and plenty of learning along the way. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients who trusted me with some of the biggest decisions of their lives, and a team that continually raises the standard of what good service looks like.

Ping and Owen, thank you for believing in me long before the brand, the office, or the recognition existed. Your guidance and support shaped the foundation of everything I do today.

To my Place Sunnybank family, and to every client who has supported me — thank you. I’m genuinely grateful.

From tomorrow, a surge of stimated 70,000 first home buyers under the new First Home Guarantee scheme will be entering the market.

Here’s what you need to know:
✔️ From 1 October, first home buyers can purchase with just a 5% deposit and avoid lender’s mortgage insurance.
✔️ The government will act as guarantor for 15% of the loan deposit, significantly reducing upfront costs.
✔️ Income caps removed – opening the scheme to all first-time buyers.
✔️ Property price caps increased: up to $1.5M in Sydney, $1M in Brisbane and Canberra.

This is set to change the property landscape and supercharge buyer activity. 🚀
