The Monaro & GM Club of Tasmania has been bringing car lovers together since 1998, and I’m proud to be part of it.

Harrison Agents has sponsored their annual statewide show since 2016, and I’ve served on the committee a number of times. The standout was helping organise the 2018 Monaro Nationals, a weekend we’ll never forget. (Last 2 photos 📸) A large % percentage of all funds raised at their events are donated to charity.

September was another active month across Launceston and surrounds, with 13 commercial properties leased and 8 sold across all agencies.

LEASING: Leasing activity was strongest in the C*D, with small format office and retail spaces continuing to attract tenants.

Multiple office spaces were leased across Brisbane and Cimitiere Streets, along with two St John Street retail tenancies, medical and consulting space on Frankland Street, Pilgrim Hall on Paterson Street and a Cypress Street tenancy.

Outside the C*D, leases were secured in East Launceston, Newnham, Invermay and the Western Junction airport precinct..

SALES: 8 commercial properties changed hands across Launceston and surrounds during September.

The C*D recorded 3 sales across York, Wellington and Charles Streets, while Invermay also saw three transactions, including two properties on Invermay Road and a Herbert Street warehouse.

Elsewhere, a substantial 3,000m² industrial landholding across three titles sold in South Launceston, along with a tenanted hospitality property in Kings Meadows.
